January 2022, Ocean Electronics acquires the Bergen company Westronic AS.

January 2018, Sigurd Solberg AS and Måløy Radioforretning AS merge.
The new company is Ocean Electronics with departments in Måløy and Florø.

Since then, we have been adaptable and followed changes in the industry.
